When a new lead is entered in your data base we have enabled you the option to find out whether your lead was imported from an Excel file, added manually (from your backoffice) or it came from a form on your website. If a lead came from a form, you can detect on which page and website the form is located. This way you can find out which one of your web presentations is the most effective and use that insight to improve your conversion.

Additionally, to facilitate your lead management even more, we have developed our system so that you can import your leads from an excel file or export them to such file. This way you do not have to waste any time on manually typing the data.

Furthermore, with our websites you are able to make notes about each of your leads and to schedule the tasks which need to be performed. When your tasks are due, a notifier will appear on your BackOffice dashboard and, just to make sure, you will receive an email reminding you of that task as well so you never again have to worry about forgetting a matter that needs your attention.
