Why Earn 30% commissions when you can earn more?
(and not get swindled in the process)

Dan Stojadinovic here. I wanted to talk about why joint ventures are great for generating extra monthly passive income, but also why affiliate programs are not as good as people say they are and explain the reasons.

Real Estate is by far the best investment you can make in the long run, but you should consider making some extra passive income on the side. Other Real Estate Investor Web site reseller programs offer 10%, 20% or 30% but even if they offered 50% it's NOT A GOOD DEAL! Let me tell you why!

Of course not, there was no tracking on the person's work computer. Affiliate marketers know about this dirty secret and keep it quite and downplay it. IS THIS FAIR?

    * CUSTOM PRIVATE EMAIL AND DOMAIN. Your email and domain is custom and private. For example if you real estate club is Tampa Bay REIA then your private label web site could be www.TampaBayREIAWebSites.com and it would look just like the Tampa Bay REIA web site. The email would be the same. We will even register the domain for you at V8domains.com but later if you need to own the domain you can transfer the ownership to you any time you wish!
