A: After you become a DFY client, you will receive a website requirement questionnaire to fill out and, after receiving the necessary info from you, we will have a template ready for you in less than 3 days.
2. Q: What happens if I don't like the template that your team made for my website?
A: If, by any chance, you are not satisfied with the template our designers proposed, they will re-do it according to your instructions and description.
3. Q: After the site is finished, can I edit it myself?
A: As a DFY client, you can contact our support team whenever you need to make some modifications to your website. But, in case that you would like to edit it yourself, you will be provided with the username and password for your backoffice, where you can manage your website very easily.
4. Q: Can I set up an email account with DFY system?
A: Yes, you can set up an email address that contains your domain name, like office@yourdomainname.com, info@yourdomainname.com, support@yourdomainname.com, and so forth. This possibility makes you look more professional.
5. Q: Can I send sequential marketing autoresponders to the visitors of my website?
A: Yes, the Sequential Marketing is an excellent way to thank your clients for submitting their data and remind them of your website and your business/ services.
